No house is too full or gross for our team.

All situations are different, and being a small company allows us to tailor our service to best meet the needs of each situation. Generally our approach to packed homes is some combination of an estate sale and a clean out.

If a house is clean enough, we can often do a sale first, then empty it once the sale has been completed.

Our goal is always to fully or nearly negate the clean out cost through sales. As we go through the house, we sort the items, with a focus on reselling the majority to reduce waste and cost. All paperwork, photos etc can be saved for the family. If family heirlooms or sentimental items are in the home, we'll find them. Once we have removed the trash and organized the home we can open the house to do an estate sale. If for some reason a sale is not possible, we have an extensive network of dealers who will purchase items in bulk, additionally we can sell individual items on ebay. We are fully insured to ensure peace of mind.
