We are experts at dealing with stuff. No home is too full, unorganized, or dirty for us. We love hoarder houses! The most packed and disorganized homes often become our best sales. As much as we love packed houses, smaller homes, or situations with less stuff can be great sales too. in cases where a sale is not justified or possible, we also offer a complete clean out service, which leaves the house empty, clean, and listing ready.
How do you dig it?
Our team of professionals goes through with a fine-toothed comb, neatly presenting and pricing all objects in the home. Working with the client to make sure items such as photographs, personal information, paperwork, etc. are safely stowed. Families are welcome to go through the home and pull personal items beforehand although we strongly encourage you to not throw ANYTHING away, as EVERYTHING can be sold. Our estate sale service has no upfront cost, we just take a percentage from the sale net generally 35-40% depending on the situation. Once the home is organized, we list the sale online. With professional quality photographs and detailed descriptions, after listing we research and price all items in the home. we draw as many people as possible to your sale. Our average listing garners ~5000 views, and easily draws hundreds of people. On the day of the sale, we run the sale just like a store. We manage the register, keeping an inventory of items sold. We also have a floor crew to assist customers with questions, moving furniture, and to clean and reorganize. the day after the sale, you will receive a Cashier's Check for the sale proceeds, less our percentage, as well as a full report detailing every credit transaction, every item sold for over $25 and the original journal from our cash register. The family can keep the remaining items, or we offer a clean-out service, for an additional fee, which leaves the home empty and listing ready.
